Matrix 1970 is a 2CD bootleg by David & The Dorks, who are actually David Crosby along with a few friends from the Grateful Dead. The first disc is a practice/jam session while the second disc is a live performance, both done in San Francisco in mid-1970. This was released by the Trial label.
